Ony candidates with strong HL7 knowledge, data integration experience and interface engine experience will be considered! Position: Systems Engineer - Analyst Requirements: * Proven ability & experience in system analysis * Proven ability in data modeling and database design * Experience in generating detailed design documents in UML methodology * Ability to lead and manage development cycles (including time management) * Experience in working with customers * Knowledge of software development methodologies * Knowledge in XML, Xpath and SQL * Experience in medical informatics (Healthcare IT) – a plus * Experience in Data Transfer design and/or Data Mapping – a plus Requirements Personal Skills and Characteristics: * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Creative thinker, problem solving approach * Highly responsible and accountable * Assertive, with high ability to lead tasks * Handle tasks accurately and meticulously * Possess a systematic view * Strong analytical abilities * Ability to work in a distributed work environment (different locations & time zones) Education: * B.Sc.
